At the March 14, 2019 general meeting of the Venice Nokomis Woman’s Club (VNWC), Lise Mills, Director of Fundraising (VNWC) presented the ceremonial check to Tidewell Honors Program, the recipient of their Nov, 2018 Breakfast Fundraiser held at Paradise Grill, Nokomis in the amount of $5,881.11.
Venice-Nokomis Woman’s Club attended a wonderful recognition ceremony on August 27, 2018 at the Sarasota County Commission meeting in Venice. We are proud to be a part of making the new William H. Jervey, Jr. Venice Public Library an amazing new place in our community!

VNWC supported Venice Mainstreet by riding the trolley during Christmas in July. Our volunteers along with Santa (Rick Belisle and Jimmy Wolfe) talked with riders, provided information and water and helped spread the holiday spirit.
