“We, the Venice Nokomis Woman’s Club, are really excited…
This is a biggie – $20,000!
The members of the Venice Nokomis Woman’s Club worked very hard with their 3 fundraisers this past year – a wonderful fashion show, a night at Fox Lea Farms Horse Jumping Competition and their Caribbean Nights Party in an effort to support the good works of the Venice Area Beautification’s Urban Forest project. The VNWC yearly supports a local, civic, 501C3 non-profit community organization who is bettering the Venice community at large, as they have been doing the past 97 years.”
Along with VNWC fundraising of $20,000.00 included were personal donations as well as a grant from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. We would like to thank Gulf Coast Community Foundation for their generous grant, which contributed to this donation. Also, we thank our individual donors for making this possible.
